Software / Architecture / Systems / Culture

I build products, systems and digital structures where software, culture and architecture intersect.

Turning persistent questions into systems, interfaces and coordination protocols.

Software, architecture and culture as tools for structures that can be tested, used and improved — from interfaces and data flows to agentic workflows and decentralized systems.

MANIFESTO

BUILDER,
NOT A LABEL.

I build interfaces, data flows and coordination structures — sometimes with agents, sometimes with wallets, always from problems that need form.

BUILT UNDER PRESSURE

Systems, prototypes and coordination mechanisms built to solve high-friction problems. Designed for execution, resilience and tactile utility.

01Awarded / Exhibited

EcoSimulator 1.0

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Sustainable mobility can feel abstract when it is explained only through reports, numbers or institutional language. The project explored how real-time interaction could make the difference between electric and combustion vehicles more visible.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A telemetry-based simulation system with a dashboard for reading game data, organizing performance indicators and translating them into environmental comparisons. The project won the challenge proposed by Tech Mahindra and was later exhibited at Latam Mobility 2025.

021st Place / Prototype

VOCULOS

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Communication between deaf and hearing people is often limited by the lack of accessible, immediate translation tools in everyday interactions.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A working prototype assembled in three hours using low-cost glasses, a disassembled webcam and integrations with ElevenLabs, Bolt, Stripe and n8n. The system acted as a conversational agent capable of converting signs into spoken output during the live presentation.

03In development

Talent Hack

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Many students in public technical schools have practical talent, but lack visibility, access to networks and structured pathways into the technology market.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A model for distributed hackathons, school partnerships, mentor coordination and project-based talent discovery.

04Active / Live

Puro Suco Indie

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Modern web experiences can feel sanitized and corporate. The project explores a fusion of raw retro sketching aesthetics, hand-drawn typography and useful minimal browser utilities.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A Next.js portal hosting pixelated web utilities (white noise generator, analog pomodoro timer, notepad) and clothing drops. Designed to test direct-to-consumer brand engineering and playful web interfaces.

05Active / Live

GerarContrato

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Drafting custom legal contracts is either expensive or time-consuming for small independent workers and self-employed service providers.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A single-page utility tool featuring 17+ customizable templates, dynamic text interpolation, real-time preview, and client-side PDF rendering and downloading.

06Active / Live

Dolarizando-se

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Brazilians working remotely for US companies face complex corporate registration, compliance hurdles, and high financial spreads when converting USD to BRL.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A custom client onboarding application, automated document processing pipeline, payment integrations, and tax preparation roadmaps.

07Live / Production

APF Fonoaudiologia

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Clinical speech therapists require a highly legible, mobile-first portal to present clinical treatments and easily schedule patient appointments.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A highly-performant single page application structured for SEO, clean typography, absolute accessibility standards, and smooth mobile conversions.

08Active / MVP

MyGesto

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Traditional messaging cards are generic or filled with ads. People want simple, dedicated links to send animations and personalized text.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A Next.js prototype with card builders, unique sharing links, dynamic animations, and zero database overhead.

09Live / Complete

Snake Battle

CONTEXT / CHALLENGE

Standard snake games lack competition. Adding a smart pathfinding CPU agent increases challenge and replayability.

OUTCOME / IMPLEMENTATION

A canvas-rendered engine with AI pathfinding logic and a serverless backend for verifying scores and listing top players.

FIELD NOTES

One-person systems

01

A single person can now coordinate agents, tools and automations as an operating structure. The question is what remains human: judgment, taste, responsibility and direction.

Tacit talent

02

Some students know more than they can say. Talent Hack is built around making practical intelligence visible through situations, not résumés.

Wallet-based identity

03

A wallet can be more than a payment object. It can become access, memory, reputation and coordination.

Artificial presence

04

The question is not only what AI can answer, but what it can make people perceive: presence, voice, timing, assistance and response.

04.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

01

Build from friction

Start where people are improvising, repeating work or losing information.

02

Make systems legible

A system only matters if people can understand, use and question it.

03

Prototype before posture

Test the structure before naming it as a product, startup or movement.

04

Keep the human layer visible

Agents, dashboards and automations should increase agency, not hide responsibility.
